This term brings both reflection and fresh beginnings at Casey Grammar School. As we celebrate milestones, acknowledge achievements across Junior and Senior School, and look ahead to key events and policies, we remain focused on supporting every student to finish the year with purpose.
As Term 4 begins at Casey Grammar School, we find ourselves in a moment of transition – a time to reflect on what has been and to look ahead to what is yet to come. For our Year 12 students, the past fortnight has marked the end of a significant chapter in their school journey.
It was lovely to be warmly welcomed back to our wonderful school community after my long service leave. I enjoyed my European holiday – particularly celebrating my birthday in Greece with many family and friends.
Last term, we celebrated our Booth and Leaver House Chapel service with the theme ‘You Raise Me Up’. We focused on the people who have encouraged, supported and lifted us up to be the people we are today.
Our VCE Music performers took the opportunity during the first week of the holidays to present a recital of their exam programs to an audience of family and friends and a panel of teachers and examiners.
The teenage years have always been a time of growth, questions and challenges, but today’s teens are navigating a world that looks very different from the one many parents grew up in.
