Free SEEN Circles for Parents and Carers

SEEN is offering all SEEN Circles free for the month of September, enabling parents and carers to experience a Circle and see whether it may be helpful for them.

SEEN Circles are designed to provide a calm, structured, and supportive space for parents and carers to pause, reflect, and connect with others. They are not a course, therapy session or parenting lecture. Instead, they provide an opportunity for parents and carers to step away from the busyness of family life, reflect on their experiences, and connect with other parents and carers.

There is no pressure to speak during a Circle. Parents and carers can choose to share, pass, or simply listen.

SEEN reports that parents and carers who have participated in the Circles have described feeling less alone, more compassionate towards themselves and better able to pause and respond thoughtfully during challenging moments at home.

Parents and carers interested in learning more about SEEN Circles can participate in September at no cost.

September Circle Themes and Dates

Week 1: Repair is the Path

Parenting does not always go to plan. This Circle explores how parents and carers can reconnect with their child, repair after difficult moments, and begin again.

Week 2: Healthy Boundaries

This Circle provides an opportunity to explore setting clear and caring boundaries while maintaining connection with your child.

Weeks 3 and 4: Tuning In

These Circles focus on slowing down and considering what may be happening beneath our reactions, children’s behaviour and the patterns that can shape family life.

All SEEN Circles are free during September. Places are limited, allowing the groups to remain small and personal.
