CSV Limited – Non-Executive Director Opportunity (Honorary Position)
CSV Limited (CSV) is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, incorporated in 1993. It acts as the governing body for three independent, low-fee Christian schools: Casey Grammar School (Cranbourne East), Balcombe Grammar School (Mt Martha), and Clyde Grammar (Clyde North). Each school operates as a separate entity with its own unique identity, attributes and distinct characteristics.
CSV is committed to operating schools that provide a challenging, enriching and supportive learning environment that develops confident and articulate young people with the skills, knowledge, values and attitudes needed to shape their future and contribute meaningfully to the community.
The CSV Board is currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals interested in joining as Non-Executive Directors. We are looking for people with a strong values-based approach, combined with the capacity and enthusiasm to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of CSV and its schools.
Governance experience and knowledge are highly regarded. We are particularly interested in candidates with qualifications and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance
- Education & Training
- Human Resources (HR)
