Yr 4 Students Learn to Knit

This term, some of our Year 4 students have been getting creative with yarn and needles as they learn the art of knitting. They have been practising their new skills at lunchtime with the goal of knitting a cosy blanket for our wellbeing dog, Buddy.
The project has been a fantastic way for students to develop patience, concentration and fine motor skills, all while working together on something meaningful. The aim is to knit enough squares to join together for a blanket in our school’s colours.
