Inclusion

Our differences strengthen and enrich our learning community.

Casey Grammar School believes that inclusion is centred on recognising the dignity and worth of each member of our school community. Inclusion goes beyond tolerance or understanding, to genuinely celebrate every student’s uniqueness.

We support each member of our community, regardless of faith, race, gender identity and sexual orientation. We stand with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, recognising that they have experienced discrimination and marginalisation for many years.

We stand in solidarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan and ongoing educational initiatives, we are committed to fostering understanding, respect and meaningful engagement across our school community.

As a welcoming school community, we seek to challenge and eliminate all prejudice and discrimination.

Our Enrichment and Inclusion Department provides ongoing support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs and their teachers. We offer individualised support and collaborative strategies so every student can access and fully participate in their education on an equal basis with their peers.

Every day, we strive to deliver educational experiences that meet each student where they are at and to empower them to achieve their full potential.
