The demand for enrolment at Casey Grammar School often exceeds the number of places available. To avoid disappointment, we encourage prospective families to submit an Expression of Interest form (application) as soon as you know Casey Grammar is your school of choice.

A non-refundable administration fee of $50 (per student) is payable. Payment can be made online via the Casey Grammar Payment Gateway. or additional payment options are outlined on page three of the Expression of Interest form.
A pre-enrolment form is emailed to families on the waiting list in the December in the year before your child commences 4-year-old kindergarten to confirm your interest in a place at Casey Grammar School, and to collect up-to-date information about your child.
The form must be completed to move to the next stage of the enrolment process.
You will be notified of the outcome of your application at the end of March when your child is in 4-year-old kindergarten.
Enrolment offers are given preference to children of staff members, siblings of current students, children of past students, siblings of past students who completed their education at CGS, children from families whose values and beliefs align with the Christian ethos of the School, and all other students in order of application date.
Following an enrolment offer, a confirmation deposit of $1500 for Junior School enrolments is payable within 14 days of the date of the offer.
Parents must sign and return the enrolment contract to certify they have read and understood the terms and conditions of enrolment.
